Celia Herdic
Celia Herdic is a photographer, educator, and visual storyteller whose work explores the intersection of narrative media and the natural world. Holding dual degrees in Environmental Science and Film and Media Studies from Colorado College, her background ranges from award-winning environmental research to co-developing the Adana 3D-printed panoramic pinhole camera. A passionate advocate for the analog arts, Celia has taught film and darkroom techniques at the New Orleans Community Darkroom, Docs in Progress, and the DC Film Collective.
Currently a Photography Educator at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop, she fosters community creativity through hands-on courses and gallery showcases. Deeply passionate about accessible arts education, Celia is thrilled to bring this dedication to the launch of 4EYE Film Center. Alongside her multifaceted work in communications, web development, and grant writing, she looks forward to helping build a cultural hub that prioritizes shared discovery and film education.
