Erika Dimmler
Erika Dimmler joined 4EYE in June 2026 as a senior advisor to support the Executive Director with infrastructure and programming management.
A communications and marketing leader with a varied career spanning journalism, food systems, sustainability, and corporate communications, Erika most recently served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Guckenheimer at Google, leading communications, community engagement, and innovation across Google’s Food program. After 17 years as a journalist in Washington, D.C., Erika transitioned to the food industry in California, where she spent a decade building engagement strategies, storytelling platforms, and user-centered programs around health and well-being. Most recently, her work has focused on connecting people to food through education, behavior change, and purpose-driven communications.
As a broadcast journalist, Erika covered the White House, Congress, presidential campaigns, and national politics. Throughout her career, she has combined editorial expertise, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to drive meaningful engagement and organizational impact.
Erika is a recipient of a Peabody Award for coverage of Hurricane Katrina, and for coverage of presidential and primary debates. Her work is driven by a commitment to building community through meaningful cultural experiences that inspire action.
