Nikki Webber Allen

Nikki Webber Allen is an Emmy Award–winning producer, TED speaker, and cultural strategist with over 30 years of experience shaping film, television, music, and social impact storytelling. A Washington, DC native, she has held producing, casting, and talent relations roles with HBO, ABC, 20th Century Fox, Telepictures, Sony Pictures Television, and BET, and is a certified intimacy coordinator for film and television, building a career where bold creativity meets real-world impact.

She is the founder of I Live For…, a nonprofit challenging mental health stigma in communities of color, and her advocacy has been featured in The Washington Post, Glamour, NPR, and NBC. Nikki also mentors emerging youth leaders through the global initiative Three Dot Dash, and when she’s not working, she’s likely enjoying amatriciana at her favorite Roman trattoria, flowing through hot yoga, or hitting the trail with her dog, Riplee.
