Alan Zich is Senior Vice President at Blake Dickson Real Estate Services, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Washington, DC.  A native Washingtonian and lifelong District resident, Alan brings deep local knowledge and longstanding community relationships to his work across the region.  Since graduating with honors from American University in 1992, Alan has built a distinguished real estate career with a focus on entertainment and hospitality retail. 

He is widely recognized for his expertise in the film exhibition and distribution sectors, maintaining extensive industry relationships throughout North America.  In addition to his professional accomplishments, Alan was a founding board member of the non-profit Avalon Theater in DC, reflecting his commitment to the arts and cultural vitality of the District.
